Oaktree Childcare bases it's model of care on understanding the previous trauma and by building on this with therapeutic intervention and PACE model and looks to offer a bespoke placement for each young person dependant on their needs. The emphasis is on individual care and we will adapt the care to ensure the core outcomes are being attained.
